For nearly two hundred years, Talisker single malt whisky has been made by the sea—its flavor forged by the waves of the distillery’s idyllic location on the shores of the Isle of Skye, Scotland. It’s like an adventure in a bottle. We created an experience that could transport whisky lovers to the remote beauty of the Isle of Skye from anywhere in the world, exploring Talisker’s unique flavors through the rugged natural landscape that shapes them, awakening their wild spirit within.
We leveraged Vimeo’s interactive video feature to create a choose-your-own-adventure-style experience, where clicking on each product transported users to a different part of the Isle of Skye. Immersive cinemagraphs brought each location to life with animation and sound effects. Hotspots offer more to discover, like recipes, tasting notes, and details about the location.
